Cambridge University Press Carpark

Summit landscapes recently completed a visitor’s car park for Cambridge university press, the car park had bollards with key and lock bollards and was difficult to use. The system now in place is simpler and a lot easier for visitors to the university.

The project involved digging a trench for the power and data cables, installing lamp posts, line marking new visitor parking bays and installing rising bollards. We also installed Bendy bollards which, following an impact, rise back to their upright position undamaged.

Each bollard is made from 60% recycled rubber, are maintenance free, long lasting and are flexible yet extremely strong.
